Classes - The Energy Coach


Our classes bring people together to collectively benefit from exercise outdoors in the beautiful Surrey hills countryside.

The exercise classes take part in small groups for a fantastic level of personal coaching from our instructors and where everyone feels included and cared for.

Our classes are designed to get what our clients really need; strength training to keep bones and joints strong, muscles toned and active and HIIT/cardio training to improve fitness and combat daily stress.

Most of all, our classes are fun engaging and extremely friendly because smiliing is a fantasic medicine for the mind and also the body 🙂

Meet the Instructors


A personal coach with over 15 years experience working with men and women increasing their longterm health and wellbeing.

Matt’s personal approach is second to none, everyone is treated as an individual even in a class environment!

Injuries and restrictions are easily manageable for Matt who works with many people with impaired movement and ongoing back problems.

Matt wholeheartedly believes in the fun aspect of exercise. Classes should not be a chore or bore, they should be funny, entertaining and pleasureable.

Book Your Class

Tuesdays 9am – 9:45am Fitcamp. A fun group exercise class building strength, fitness and body confidence. Suitable for beginners and those with experience too.

Wednesdays 6:30am-7:15am Kettlebells & Boxfit. A blend of strength and conditioning with the all round strength tool, the kettlebell with the fitness and adrenline that boxing training gives. No experience with either necessary. Enjoy a class like no other that tick’s ALL the boxes.

Fridays 6:30am-7:15am Circuitfit. Using an array of equipment from Blaze Pods and tractor tyres to rubber bands and swiss balls. A great all-rounder to finish the week off with. Work on your fitness, strength and core all at once!
