Classes should not be a chore or bore. They should be fun, entertaining and pleasurable!

Our classes bring people together to collectively benefit from exercise outdoors in the beautiful Surrey hills countryside.

All our classes are small groups to ensure a fantastic level of personal coaching from our instructors, and so everyone feels included and cared for.


We cover it all, from strength training to keep bones and joints strong, muscles toned and active to HIIT/cardio training to improve fitness and combat daily stress.

Above all, our classes are fun, engaging and extremely friendly because we know that smiling is the best medicine for both mind and body.
